Senior Consultants
You take over responsibilities for the respective project phase resp. the total project. Project planning and staffing as well as project budgeting are no new challenge for you. You assign tasks to the project team members and ensure the quality of the results. You train new PROSOL colleagues and, if necessary, take over the tasks of project members. You are highly motivated and show experience and competence.
We offer flexible remuneration with result-related components and the possibility of setting up a self dependent business division with profit sharing.
Junior Consultants
We offer on-the-job training as well as training courses and self-study training to help you obtain basic knowledge of project work. Experienced colleagues will continually assist and coach you. Gradually you will take over performance responsibility, i.e., at the beginning you do not need to have project leading or personnel management experience.
You will carry out given tasks independently, and you will bring forward your own ideas and reasoning towards the project manager and the customer. Furthermore, you will carry out internal tasks.
Division Manager
You are an experienced consultant who is interested in leading a PROSOL division with own employees. You act as intrapreneur and make decisions with the PROSOL management.
You lead and manage your division self dependently, and you are responsible for hiring new employees, acquiring and carrying out projects, as well as for investment decisions. Through your division’s profits you participate in the overall profit of PROSOL. This offers an earning potential which is far above average.
